Plentiful jobs, excellent schools, affordable housing – America’s best small cities have all that and more. According to Money magazine, the best places to live in the U.S. in 2008 are:
- Plymouth, MN
- Fort Collins, CO
- Naperville, IL
- Irvine, CA
- Franklin Township, NJ
- Norman, OK
- Round Rock, TX
- Columbia/Ellicott City, MD
- Overland Park, KS
- Fishers, IN
Well, I have not been to any of these, but surprise surprise, these are obviously not the big cities. I guess that’s kind of a no-brainer. But it’s always good to take a look at these to realize the differences within the country. Check out the list of the top 100 places at money magazine, especially if you consider moving here.
